Chateau Le Parc; a venue like no other! If you haven’t been to Chateau Le Parc, you definitely need to go! The decor, the staff, the food is incomparable to other venues in the GTA! We sat down with Stephanie, one of the Sales Coordinators at Chateau Le Parc, to discuss all things weddings. Enjoy!

Let’s start with an easy one: Who are you and what do you do (other than being awesome of course)?

I’m Stephanie and I’m one of the Sales Coordinator at Chateau Le Parc, one of the newest venues in Vaughan that offers a boutique style experience.

Tell us a little, or a lot, about your space.

Chateau has an elegant outdoor courtyard space perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hour. The venue is designed to allow for indoor and outdoor experiences.

Why should clients choose your gorgeous venue?

Chateau offers an exclusive experience for the client that wants to be the only couple in the building.

Chateau Le Parc includes has an elegant courtyard for celebrating ceremonies for up to 200 guests. It offers two halls for your wedding reception which, when combined, include a dance floor and stage for entertainment (max. 550 guests). The Vineyard Restaurant located inside of Chateau Le Parc can accommodate up to 100 guests and is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 3:00pm.

What makes your venue different from all the others?

Chateau Le Parc Event Centre is an innovative venue that specializes in providing a modern, elegant, and sophisticated setting for weddings and other special occasions inside and out.

What is your favourite part of the wedding day or planning process?

Its rewarding to see the final product and to see the clients reaction when they walk into the room and see everything that they dreamed about come to life.

What questions do you wish all couples would ask you?

What are the most important elements for making a great event and what is just a want and not a need?

What question do you wish couples would stop asking you?

I have no problem answering any questions. I think the more information the client has the better it is to manage their expectations.

What’s the one wedding trend you currently love?

The first reveal. It’s nice to have that moment where your client can take a few minutes to take it all in before the guests come and their focus and attention is pulled in a million directions.

What’s the one wedding trend you could do without?

All white weddings. They’re all starting to look the same.

What’s the one piece of advice you give all your couples?

If you want your guests to have a great time, you’ll have a great time! The bride and groom have to be the first ones on the dance floor. People want to be around the bride and groom as they will feed off of your energy!
